Hey Lynds..sorry you are feeling burnt out! I can relate! :) What a great song..I'm feeling sad because Landon turns 10 next Monday and Kyleigh turns 13 next month...how do I have a teenanger!

Anyway, the best cure for mommy burnout for me is a good book or a good movie. I usually end up staying up way past my bedtime because it's the only time I can get some "me" time.

I hope you can get some quiet time soon!

Love ya! Heather T.

I think of my dad saying that to me every time I hear that song. Most days I feel like I'm still waiting for life to really begin. This songs helps remind me that this stage is good too. :)

Ahhh.. I so feel ya! Between working full time, taking care of a house, having a 2 year old & a 2 month old to care for, client orders to fill and images from March I still haven't edited to upload for family, I feel so overwhelmed. I just decided somethings have to wait. I just cuddle with my boys and feel better. Hang in there!

I love that song!

You definitely could use some "me time," but I can understand how hard that is with a nursing baby. Maybe even just an hour or two away one morning, just you and your camera?

Hang in there, it'll get better. Pretty soon all the room rearranging projects will be finished and you'll be able to sit back and enjoy the nice new rooms. I'm almost finished with our room rearranging, the girls room is 99.5% finished and it feels great, hoping to post some pics on the blog tomorrow but have editing and my son's room to paint still, lol.
I love the song as well, it really does make you sit back and enjoy every second, even if it is chaotic:)
