Good luck selling your house! I remember your story from 'The Nest' - I just went on there for a look around after a long long absence and came across your post and followed the links here.

I love love love your photography. A very fresh talent you have :)

The house looks really beautiful. I love the pale blue you used in the living room and dining room - what shade is that?

Good luck with the realtor meeting!

Wow I love the color and how simple everything looks! It looks so clean!!!! You will have no troubles selling this beauty :)

It doesn't even look like the same house. It's beautiful. You guys must be so excited it is done. You probably won't have any trouble selling it!!

a few years back dh and I almost moved to that area and man...if your house was for sale I would so buy it! You guys have a beautiful home...Im sure it will almost be bitter sweet to leave it :-) Congrats on the smooth ending to your repairs. Good luck!

Wow Lynsday it looks awesome. Now that you have it all fixed up are you sure you want to move? I think I would want to stay there and enjoy it for awhile.

It looks wonderful! I hope you sell it in no time. Btw, I'm a lurker from the Nest (MrsGoody on the Nest and the Nest photo board), and I've been reading your blog for some time now. I love your photography, and your kids are so adorable.
I just wanted to tell you that we have a few things in common - a love of photography (although you're way more skilled and advanced than I am), a toddler daughter (my DD is 16 months), I'm pregnant and due in March too, and I have the exact same couch as you! :-)
Good luck with selling your house!
